I emerged deflated and dejected from a long career in Early Years Education, my sole profession from the age of fifteen right into my early forties. Somewhere along the way I lost my passion for Education due to all the underhand politics within it, so I decided to retrain and look for a different career path.
I got into sports therapy and holistic therapy massage because of my beloved dad. He was suffering terribly with his lumbar area, his discs were crushing the nerves, he was in a lot of pain. And my mum suffers for COP which is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and I wanted to help ease the pain with additional holistic massage.
I then learned how to do Sports Therapy Level Three. This is helped my dad greatly with the pain levels and so grew my passion for health and wellbeing. I have learnt a lot and helped many clients with problems such as fibromyalgia, COP breathing problem through massage. I really like to see my clients have less discomfort and giving exercise routines and support to them.
It is with considerable excitement I have now set up alongside my established Sports Therapy and Holistic Massage business, Arbonne, which offers incredible Health and Nutrition well-being products from Skin Care to Nutrition.
My passion is to support clients with a healthy lifestyle in the best way that I can. And I always do my best to select the right treatments and products to support them with in-depth discussion and consultation, which is all part of the service.
I look forward to helping many more of you and hearing from you very soon…
