This treatment lasts 60 minutes. For clients with complex issues there will be a full consultation session before treatment and exercises given to support mobility and full after care given. First treatment up to 75 minutes £55.00. There-after each treatment is £44.00.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment lasts 45 minutes and focusses on the head, neck, upper back, shoulder and upper arms.
It also helps with sinus and symptoms of asthma by calming the respiratory system. These treatments can help with:

- Stimulating lymphatic drainage, detoxifying the body.
- Improving circulation.

This treatment lasts 30-minutes, plus 15 minutes before and after care.
Total time 45 minutes.
Hand massages includes a form of reflexology which stimulates nerve endings. They can also relieve any tension build-up that may present in the hands resulting pain.

This treatment lasts 45 minutes. The Indian relaxation therapy including consultation and aftercare, may help to ease irritation in the ears and sinuses; help pressure regulation easing pain in cases of sinusitis, colds, headaches, migraine, with pressure point facial massage and may help with:
- Removing excessive or compact wax in the ear.
- Easing irritation in ears and sinuses.
- Pressure regulation and easing of pain caused by sinusitis, colds, headaches & migraines.
Foot Care
60 Minute Foot Care Treatment
This treatment lasts 60 minutes, plus 15 minutes before and after care. Total time 75 minutes.
To remove hard skin and involves; cuticle, nails cut, exfoliating, foot mask, thermal booties or a choice of paraffin wax, moisturising with foot massage. (No paint included)
Taking care of your feet is vital for your overall health, well-being and stability. Treating issues including; excess dead skin, calluses, corns, ingrowing toenails etc., can prevent the development of unnecessary conditions including foot, joint or muscle pain, fungal infections and more.

Your Treatment Experience at Heart, Mind & Soul...
At Heart Mind and Soul, based in Clacton, Essex, we first talk to you over the phone or via zoom to get to know you and your needs and to carry out an assessment. Your chosen / suggested treatment will be fully explained and you can ask any questions. All treatments also have 15 minutes before and after care.
Upon your arrival, Your therapist will collect you from the waiting area and take you straight to your treatment room. Your Consultation Assessment will be checked, just to make sure all the information is correct and you will have a body scan assessment with your therapist. The body scan will be looking at a range of movements that you can or cannot do.
You will then have your massage treatment. ** Please note that clients always keep on underwear (or can wear shorts and a vest top). Cream and oils will be used throughout your treatment and the therapist will ask about the pressure used. Your comfort, both physical and emotional is important, so if something is not quite right for you, it is vital that you tell your therapist straight away. This is to ensure that you feel at ease and completely relaxed at all times.
Once the treatment has finished, you will be left to get dressed and the therapist will return to the room once you are settled and go through your after care advice in detail. For any further information please do get in touch…
For all treatments: a deposit of half (50%) is now required at the time of booking.
Bookings will be held for 12 hours and if deposit is not paid the appointment will be offered to other clients. If you do not attend treatment, it will be charged in full, and your next booking will not be accepted till full payment is made. If treatment can not go ahead due to something medical that you (client) have not advised the therapist (Debbie Lamb). Full payment will be taken for the time slot.
